Josiah Ng Onn Lam (, born 2 February 1980 in Manila, Philippines) is a Malaysian professional track cyclist. He is a 3 time Olympian having competed at the 2004, 2008, and was the reserve rider at the 2012 Olympics. In 2004 he was awarded the Malaysian Olympian and Sportsman of the Year after being the 1st Malaysian cyclist to make a final in cycling at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
In 2008, he became the first non Australian to win the Melbourne Cup on Wheels at the HiSense Arena in Melbourne.
He is currently married to Kim Ong and is based in Melbourne training with his other team-mates from Malaysia under the coaching of John Beasley from Australia. Josiah currently endorses his own brand name 5bling at www.5bling.com and tweets @josiahcyclist
